The company GIVO Real was established on 7th of December 1989. We specialize in office lease and real estate management of our own property and our headquarters are located on Zaloška cesta 69 in Ljubljana.

As a GIVO Real group, which was founded in 1989, we are a representative of well-recognized trademarked flooring products all across former Yugoslavia. We established a selling network, which we maintain to this day. Later, we expanded into construction and furnishing.

With a purchase of GIVO d.o.o. we started to enter the real estate industry. Due to company references we confidently left the entire building renovation project to GIVO group (under the LRZVKND conservation guidelines from 1995).

With the purchase of Dvorec Selo baroque complex in 1995, we overtook an important preservation mission. We are aware that the road to the completion is still far away, but we believe in retaining the cultural and historical significance of this mansion for generations to come.

We decided to only deal with properties in our possession in order to have a worry-free leasing partner companies and therefore offer them commission-free services.
